Under the common adventure agreement, RCPL holds a maturity stake, while Udhaiyams’ quondam possessors hold a nonage stake in the company.
The deal brings the food company and Tamil Nadu’s heritage nutrition brand, Udhaiyam, under RCPL’s fold, adding strength to the FMCG major’s ingrained masses portfolio.
